Consultancy

We have provided consultancy and customised courses for education providers and businesses across Europe. Most recently we supplied a major multi-national IT provider with new document templates and a targeted course to give them a consistent proposal generation process across all areas of their business.

For another customer we are designing a modular curriculum, breaking their requirements into half day 'courselets' that can be attended by employees whose long term aims are different, but who need the same base skills. This is cheaper for the customer, easier to implement over a long period and the customer does not have to take staff out of work for a relatively long period of time.

A typical employee would build up half days of communication skills, presentation design, and public speaking in order to be qualified for Presentation Skills, and also be part way qualified to Negotiation Skills. The savings from this targeted approach to training design are considerable as opposed to the traditional 'one size fits all' training methodology.
